Untamed & Unashamed

In this transformative experience, we will explore:

  • Identifying the Roots of Shame: Where did these limiting beliefs come from, and how have they been subtly shaping your choices, your relationships, and your self-perception?

  • Reclaiming Your Voice: Learn practices to speak your truth with confidence, set boundaries with grace, and express your desires without apology.

  • Embracing Radical Pleasure: Move beyond the surface and discover how to honor your body as a site of joy. We will explore sexuality as a source of strength, learning how to connect with your physical self and celebrate your essence without judgment. This is about feeling alive, embodied, and vibrant in every touch and every breath.

  • Building Your Unapologetic Toolkit: Walk away with practical tools, affirmations, and a supportive community to help you navigate newfound resilience and radiant self-possession.

The cLIT COLLABia: Centering Pleasure, Power, and Love

Dive deep into the texts that redefine how we understand ourselves, our desires, and our relationships. This is more than a book club—it's Empowered Group Work where we apply a critical feminist lens to the core themes of human experience.

Every six weeks, we collectively explore books and essays that fuel radical reflection and foster intellectual community. Join us to discuss complex ideas, dismantle limiting beliefs, and integrate the principles of sexual liberation into your daily life alongside supportive, like-minded peers. It is not necessary to read all the books as many come to engage in discourse - ALL are welcome.

This is a free-will offering and an RSVP is required for the address.

Past themes included:

  • Emotions: Honoring our feelings as necessary sources of information and empowerment.

  • Pleasure: Reclaiming our definitions of joy, sensation, and physical autonomy.

  • Love: Challenging traditional scripts and exploring ethical, liberated ways to connect.
